BD DANCE EU ("we", "us") is the operator of www.bddance.eu. By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms below.

Delivery costs

• Europe — Standard delivery: €12
• Free delivery on all orders over €150
• Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge
• International and special destinations are calculated at checkout

The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is already included in the prices displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the EU are not pre-paid and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch and transit times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment. Our workshop operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

• Within the EU: 3–4 working days in transit
• Outside the EU: 4–10 working days, depending on the courier selected

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to agree whether to wait, substitute, or refund.

Address changes and cancellations

We can change your delivery address or cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Just email office@bddance.eu.

Parcels damaged or lost in transit

All parcels are insured. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse it from the courier if you can, and contact us straight away. If it was left without you being present, contact us and we will take it from there. We process a replacement or refund as soon as the courier completes their investigation.

• Free pickup — we send the courier to your address
• Full refund, including the delivery charge you paid
• One free size exchange per order

Please try your shoes on indoors, on carpet or a clean floor, and return them unworn in the original box.
